On the morning of May 22nd, 2014, Vice President Zhang Kelin and Director Chen Guanwei of the Department of Leisure and Recreation Management from Fu-Ying University of Technology in Taiwan visited our college to discuss cooperation. In the conference room on the third floor of the college, Dean Xue Jianping, Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Secretary Chen Zhihai, as well as heads of the Office, International Affairs Office, Propaganda Department, Academic Affairs Office, Nursing Department, Tourism Department, and Physical Education Department, participated in the symposium.

During the meeting, Dean Xue extended a warm welcome to Vice President Zhang and his delegation. He introduced the college’s situation regarding school-enterprise cooperation and international exchanges and cooperation, expressing the hope to establish cooperative educational programs with Fu-Ying University of Technology. Vice President Zhang Kelin introduced the difficult history of his father’s migration from mainland China to Taiwan and the establishment of hospitals and schools in Taiwan through a short film titled "Midwifery." He focused on introducing the basic situation of the relevant majors related to our college. Subsequently, Dean Xue and Vice President Zhang Kelin signed the cooperation agreement.

After the meeting, Dean Xue accompanied Vice President Zhang and his delegation to tour the nursing training base and the Shuikou Industrial Zone training base of our college.
