On November 20, 2023, a delegation of four people led by Principal Kunying Sumanat Phrombong of the Royal Girldat Technical College of Thailand visited our school. The exchange symposium was held in the conference room 2001 of the Academic Exchange Center. The Party Committee Secretary of the school, Cheng Dingbin, Vice President Zhou Qin, and the heads of the Academic Affairs Office, the International College, and the Culture and Tourism College attended the symposium, which was presided over by Vice President Zhou Qin.

At the symposium, Cheng Dingbin extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Royal Girldat Technical College of Thailand. He introduced the general situation and history of the school to the foreign guests and reviewed the fruitful achievements made by both sides in the exchange of teachers and students and academic cooperation. He noted that this year marks the twelfth anniversary of the establishment of friendly relations between the two schools. He expressed the hope that both sides will further deepen their cooperation in areas such as curriculum development, joint education programs, exchange of teachers and students, and the establishment of a food culture exchange center between the two schools.

Principal Kunying of the Royal Girldat Technical College reviewed the history of cooperation and exchange between the Royal Girldat Technical College and Leshan Vocational and Technical College. He highly praised the beautiful learning and living environment and the teaching level of Leshan Vocational and Technical College and expressed sincere thanks to Leshan Vocational and Technical College for its cultivation of Thai international students. He also emphasized that both sides should expand the areas of cooperation and further strengthen exchanges and cooperation. The participants from both sides had in-depth discussions on relevant cooperative matters, and Cheng Dingbin and Kunying signed the memorandum of cooperation on behalf of their respective schools.
