On the morning of January 12, 2016, Zhang Jun, the general manager of the Japan branch of China International Talent Company, and two other colleagues visited our college to discuss cooperation matters. The meeting was attended by the college's Party Committee Secretary Jian Lu, Vice President Tang Liu Hong, as well as the heads and relevant staff members of the International Affairs Office, Academic Affairs Office, and Nursing Department of the college. The symposium was held in the second-floor conference room of the Nursing Department.

During the meeting, both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion on the prospects of the health and elderly care industry in China and Japan, market demand, talent cultivation models, and graduate employment. They also explored the future directions and models of cooperation.

Finally, the two sides reached a consensus on jointly cultivating nursing talents, facilitating graduates' employment in Japan, establishing a standardized nursing home in Leshan, and supporting the development of the regional health and elderly care industry. A cooperation memorandum was signed accordingly.
