From June 12 to 13, 2025, the founding conference of the National Industry-Education Integration Community for Digital Intelligence and Elderly Care Industry was held at Meishan Pharmaceutical Vocational College. Liu Zhong, President of our college, led a 4-member delegation consisting of responsible persons from the Academic Affairs Office, School of Nursing and Health Care, and School of Medicine to attend the founding conference.
The National Industry-Education Integration Community for Digital Intelligence and Elderly Care Industry is co-founded by more than 130 universities, industry organizations, and research institutions nationwide, with Southwest Medical University, Meishan Pharmaceutical Vocational College, Beijing Siling Robot Technology Co., Ltd., and Sino-German Vocational Education Industry-Education Integration Alliance as the leading units.
Prior to the conference, the delegation visited the Chinese Medicine Museum, Life Science Museum, Intelligent Health Care Training Center, and Siling Robot X-SPA Intelligent Health Industry-Education Integration Practice Center of Meishan Pharmaceutical Vocational College. They also held an exchange forum with Zeng Xiaorong, President of Meishan Pharmaceutical Vocational College, Cheng Lin and Lu Min, Vice Presidents, and responsible persons of relevant departments. Both sides discussed their respective approaches to industry-education integration and medical talent training.
The college will take the community as a cooperation platform to promote in-depth industry-education integration in elderly care-related majors. Through carrying out technical services, base construction, and student employment work, it will jointly create a number of leading achievements in the digital intelligence and elderly care industry and promote the high-quality development of the digital intelligence and elderly care industry.
