On the afternoon of September 4, Nick Neth Long, Deputy Governor of Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia, led a delegation of seven from the provincial government's trade and commerce team to visit Leshan Vocational and Technical College. Accompanied by Yuan Yuan, President of the Leshan Association for International Friendship, they were received by Liu Zhong, President of the college.

The delegation first arrived at the gymnasium to view the exhibition panels introducing the college. President Liu Zhong provided a detailed explanation to the guests about the college's history, major offerings, international exchanges and cooperation, and international student education. Subsequently, the delegation toured the Photovoltaic New Energy Virtual Simulation Experience Room, the Polysilicon Production Simulation Factory, the E-commerce Training Center, and the college library. They showed great interest in the college's professional training equipment and inquired in detail about the students' professional training and teaching situations.

Following the tour, Nick Neth Long and his delegation attended the "Leshan - Kampong Cham Economic and Trade Negotiation and Connection Meeting" held at the Academic Exchange Center of the college. At the meeting, President Liu Zhong spoke on behalf of the college, introducing its overall situation to the foreign guests and attendees. He expressed the hope that, under the Belt and Road Initiative and the context of establishing friendly relations between Leshan and Kampong Cham, the college would actively engage in vocational education exchanges and cooperation with Cambodia.
