At 7:30 p.m. on August 8, the performance showcase of the 2019 "China Roots - Seeking Journey" Summer Camp for overseas Chinese - descendant teenagers in Leshan, Sichuan, was held in the auditorium of Leshan Vocational and Technical College. In the subsequent performance showcase, the teenagers from Germany and Spain presented two lively programs: the Yi ethnic dance "July Torch Festival" and the spirited "Martial Arts Youths." On the morning of August 9, the 134 overseas Chinese - descendant teenagers participating in the 2019 "China Roots - Seeking Journey" Summer Camp in Leshan, Sichuan, will set off for Chengdu to visit the Giant Panda Base. After attending the centralized closing ceremony of the Sichuan camp, they will return to their respective countries of residence.
