From October 20 to November 9, 2024, four teachers from Leshan Vocational and Technical College's "National Innovation Team" - Cui Mingxian, Mei Yan, Zhou Hu, and Quan Huiying - participated in the Ministry of Education's "Master Craftsmen" Innovation Team International Training Program (New Materials) in Germany. They explored Germany's advanced technologies and innovative practices in new materials, chemicals, and intelligent manufacturing from various dimensions, including enterprise digital transformation, academic research, industrial collaboration innovation, and professional talent training model innovation. This provided new insights for improving practical training teaching quality.
The visiting team said that the training updated their educational concepts, enabled them to master advanced teaching methods and course design skills, and exchange team - building experiences with teachers from other schools.
