各位来华留学生，
Dear International Students,
2025-2026学年春季学期即将开始，现就在读来华留学生 (老生，含交换生）开学报到注册事宜通知如下：
As the Spring semester of the 2025-2026 academic year approaches, the registration instructions for returning international students are as follows:
Part 01 按时返校，完成现场报到
Return to LVTC on time, Complete on-site registration
所有学生应于3月8日19:00前返校。
All students are required to return to LVTC before 19:00 on March 8th.
Part 02 参加首日教育
Attend the Spring semester orientation
所有学生均需参加所在学院首日教育（具体时间由辅导员通知），做好3月9日起春季学期正式开学的相关准备。
All students are required to attend the first-day orientation organized by their respective schools (specific time will be notified by international student counselors) to prepare for the official start of the Spring semester on March 9th.
Part 03 请假事宜
Leave application matters
因特殊原因无法按时完成现场报到的同学，须通过请假单、电子邮件等书面形式向辅导员请假，获得批准后可延迟注册。
Students who are unable to complete on-site registration on time must apply for leave to their counselor through written forms such as a leave application form or email. Approval from the counselor is required for the delayed registration to be considered valid.
Part 04 住宿登记
Accommodation registration
离乐返校学生请按要求到警务室办理住宿登记
International students returning to school should go to the police station to complete the accommodation registration as required.
Part 05违规处理
Violation handling
根据乐山职业技术学院学生管理规定，开学后两周内无故不完成报到注册的同学，将予以自动退学处理。
According to the Regulations of Student Management at Leshan Vocational and Technical College, students who fail to complete registration without a valid reason within the first two weeks after the start of the semester will be automatically expelled.
